Kuşadası Yavansu mevkiinde Mayıs 2005 yılında
arsası alınıp projesi hazır bir şekilde temelle başlanmıştır.
Haziran 2006 yılında 20 triplex villa,

Elektrik trafosu, Çim bahçesi, Taş duvarları ile
parke yolu, çevre düzenlemesi tamamlamıştır.
Kasım 2006 tarihinde tüm villalar bitip,
